📌 1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on or accessing LearnWithUs (accessible at learnwithus.ind.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and LearnWithUs ("Platform", "We", "Us").
👤 2. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register on this platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- One account per person — multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
📚 3. Course Access & Subscriptions
- Access to course content is granted on a subscription basis (Trial, 3-Month, or 6-Month plans).
- Subscription access is strictly personal and non-transferable.
- Trial access (3 days) provides limited content — first 2 topics and 1 mock test only.
- Access expires automatically at the end of the subscription period.
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove course content without prior notice.
- Access is granted only for personal study purposes — not for coaching institutes or resale.
⚠️ Sharing login credentials or providing course access to others is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
💳 4. Payments & Billing
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
- We are not responsible for payment failures due to bank or gateway issues.
- Coupon codes are valid for one-time use and cannot be combined with other offers.
🤖 5. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
LearnWithUs uses AI tools to assist in content creation and platform personalization. We declare the following:
- Some content on this platform may be partially or fully created or assisted by AI tools.
- All AI-assisted content is reviewed by qualified professionals before being published.
- AI tools are used to personalize study recommendations and adaptive mock test experiences.
- AI-generated content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
- We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI-assisted content — always verify with official sources such as ICAI, IBBI, CBIC, MCA, or SEBI.
🤖 Our use of AI complies with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended by India's 2025 IT Rules on AI-generated content.
🚫 6. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Copy, download, reproduce, or distribute any course content without written permission.
- Use screen recording or automated tools to capture platform content.
- Share your account credentials with any third party.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or damage the platform.
- Submit false reviews or manipulate ratings or test scores.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
🛡️ 7. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including study notes, MCQs, mock tests, video lectures, explanations, images, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of LearnWithUs and is protected under applicable Indian copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution will result in legal action.
⚖️ 8. Limitation of Liability
LearnWithUs is an educational platform. We do not guarantee:
- That the content is 100% accurate or up-to-date with the latest regulations.
- That using our platform will result in passing any examination.
- Uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times.
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific subscription in question.
🔄 9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
⚖️ 10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
