How do I access my purchased course?

After payment, go to My Courses (top menu). Your active subscriptions will appear there. Click 'Open' to access the course.
My payment was deducted but I didn't get access.

Please wait 5–10 minutes and refresh My Courses. If access is still not granted, email us at
support@learnwithus.Ind.in with your Razorpay payment ID.
Can I use the platform on mobile?

Yes! LearnWithUs is fully mobile-responsive and works on all modern browsers on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
What is the difference between Trial and Full access?

Trial (3 days, free) gives access to the first 2 topics and 1 mock test. Full plans (3-month/6-month) unlock all 35+ topics and all 3 mock tests.
Can I extend my subscription?

Yes, you can repurchase any plan before or after expiry. Contact us if you need a custom extension.
Are mock test questions the same as the actual exam?

Our mock tests are modeled after the actual exam pattern. While questions may not appear verbatim, they cover all key concepts tested in the exam.
